ECOCLO B-770

Stabilized Chlorine Biocide

ECOCLO B-770 is a stabilized chlorine biocide that not only prevents bio-fouling through microbial control in the reverse osmosis membrane process but also penetrates existing organic slime to exfoliate and remove it.

Features
  • A patented product specifically developed for R/O systems based on Advanced Stabilized Bleach technology that activates stabilized chlorine (U.S. EPA Registered: October 2007).
Properties
  • Appearance : Pale yellow
  • pH : 13.3 ± 0.5
  • Specific Gravity : 1.25 ± 0.05
Instructions
  • Continuous injection at an appropriate concentration relative to the R/O system feed water flow rate.
  • Recommended Dosage : 3~10 ppm (Dosage may increase depending on the degree of system contamination.)
Handling and Storage
  • Wear rubber gloves and protective glasses to prevent contact with the body.
  • In case of contact with skin, eyes, or mouth, wash immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes.
  • Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
  • Store separately from acids.

AL-4365SH

High-Efficiency Oxidizing Biocide

AL-4365SH is a high-efficiency oxidizing biocide designed to effectively inhibit bacteria and slime formation in refining, petrochemical, and steelmaking processes, as well as in small to medium-sized cooling tower facilities.

Features
  • A high-efficiency oxidizing microbial control agent with excellent bactericidal power, persistence, and storage stability. It effectively inhibits bacteria and slime in petrochemical, refining, steel, and textile processes.

  • Appearance : Pale yellow
  • pH : 13.3 ± 0.5
  • Specific Gravity : 1.25 ± 0.05
Instructions
  • Determine the dosage based on the microbial status of the system, ensuring the Total Halogen concentration is maintained between 2-5 ppm.
Handling and Storage
  • Wear rubber gloves and protective glasses to prevent contact with the body.
  • In case of contact with skin, eyes, or mouth, wash immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes.
  • Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
  • Store separately from acids.

Oxidizing Biocide

ECOBIO 07 is an oxidizing biocide that not only prevents bio-fouling through microbial control in the reverse osmosis membrane process but also penetrates existing organic slime to exfoliate and remove it.

  • A patented product specifically developed for R/O systems based on Advanced Stabilized Bleach technology that activates stabilized chlorine (U.S. EPA Registered: October 2007).

  • pH : 11.0 ± 1.0
  • Specific Gravity : 1.05 ± 0.03
Instructions
  • Concentration of Use : Depends on operating conditions (Contact separately for details).
