ECOPLUS 4035
Antiscalant (Polymer)
ECOPLUS 4035 is an inorganic antiscalant for R/O systems that enhances efficiency and economic viability by inhibiting the formation of inorganic precipitates that may occur due to feed water concentration in the reverse osmosis membrane process.
- Features
-
- An inorganic antiscalant based on Acrylic Polymer that contains no nitrogen or phosphorus, minimizing environmental impact while effectively preventing scale formation.
- Properties
-
- Appearance : Transparent ~ pale yellow
- pH : 3.5 ± 0.5
- Specific Gravity : 1.23 ± 0.05
- Instructions
-
- Continuously inject at an appropriate concentration relative to the R/O system feed water flow rate.
- Recommended Dosage : 1~5 ppm (Dosage may be increased depending on the degree of system contamination.)
- Handling and Storage
-
- Wear rubber gloves and protective glasses to prevent contact with the body.
- In case of contact with skin, eyes, or mouth, wash thoroughly with running water immediately.
- Store in a cool, dry place. When discarding, remove contents completely before disposal.
- Packaging
-
- 20/200kg PE container, 1000 kg IBC
ECOPLUS 5000
Antiscalant (Polymer + Phosphonate)
ECOPLUS 5000 is an inorganic antiscalant for R/O systems designed to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness by preventing inorganic scale buildup caused by concentration effects in reverse osmosis processes.
- Features
-
- An inorganic antiscalant containing both Acrylic Polymer and Phosphonates, formulated to minimize environmental impact while maintaining high performance.
- Properties
-
- Appearance : Transparent ~ pale yellow
- pH : 2.0 ± 0.5
- Specific Gravity : 1.12 ± 0.05
- Instructions
-
- Continuously inject at an appropriate concentration relative to the R/O system feed water flow rate.
- Recommended Dosage : 1~5 ppm (Dosage may be increased depending on the degree of system contamination.)

AL-4122S
Antiscalant
AL-4122S is an organic-based corrosion and deposit inhibitor that effectively prevents inorganic scale formation in open recirculating cooling tower systems.
- Features
-
- A high-alkalinity inorganic antiscalant primarily composed of phosphonates and polymers. It is used under conditions of pH 8.0~9.0 and effectively inhibits corrosion and deposit formation.
- Properties
-
- Appearance : Medium brown
- pH : 13.0 ± 0.3
- Specific Gravity : 1.25 ± 0.05
- Instructions
-
- Concentration of Use : After the initial commissioning (high concentration), maintain a concentration of 80-120 ppm during normal operation. Inject at a point where it can mix well with the cooling water.
- Handling and Storage
-
- Wear rubber gloves and protective glasses to prevent contact with the body.
- In case of contact with skin, eyes, or mouth, wash immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes.
- Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
- Store separately from acids.
- Packaging
-
- 20/200kg PE container, 1000 kg IBC
